The Order of the Arrow is a unique Scouting service organization that uses boys to help other boys. As a Scoutmaster, please give your boys the opportunity to be elected into the OA and let them have this opportunity to serve other scouts.

The BSA now has an OA leadership responsibility called the "Order of the Arrow Representative" that can count for leadership requirements for rank advancement!
