1. Every boy an Eagle Scout or working toward becoming one.
2. At least 50% of our boys to have an experience at one of our Scout camps.
3. Two-deep leadership in all key positions in the District thus providing continued guidance.
4. District and Advanced training for all leaders.
5. An active program in all phases of scouting in each ward in the district making sure all boys are involved.
6. Follow a sound financial plan as outlined by the L.D.S. Church and Friends of Scouting. Make sure no boy is denied the Scouting experience because of lack of funds.
7. 100% attendance of leaders at District meetings and Roundtable training.
8. Appropriate uniform worn at all scouting functions.
9. Support and follow guidelines and procedures of correlating scouting with the Primary and Aaronic Priesthood programs.
10. THINK Scouting, TALK Scouting, ACT Scouting in all phases of your personal life!
