New Youth and Adult registration forms!
There are new registration forms out for registering youth and adults into
the Boy Scouts of America. There is only ONE form now instead of a form for
each group. Click on the registration form you need.

Roundtable forms
Here are three important forms from Roundtable that every Scout
leader can use.
Tour permits
Need a
tour permit form? Did you know you can fax your tour permit to the
Scout office and they will fax you back the approved copy? Just be sure to
attach a listing of all the Boy Scouts along with your completed Tour Permit
and fax them to: (801) 437-6239. Give them the details of where to fax back your
copy.
Medical Forms:
Super Troop?
Do you have a "Super" Troop? A "Super" functioning
committee? Or "Super" Scout Patrols? Check the Useful forms page and
take the test, see if your Troop is a Super Troop. These evaluation forms will
help you identify areas in your Troop that need attention. Let your boy leaders
take this test also!
